Our Mission
Our primary objective is to offer services to our clients at affordable prices with the goal of insuring their employees become more productive in the work place. This requires a thorough knowledge of the client's needs and the ability to develop and customize a training program. Learnsoft develops modular web based learning solutions for its clients at a fraction of the cost of other vendors. Our web based solutions are instructionally sound and designed to require the shortest amount of time to convey the needed information to the end user. Thus, employees are able to perform their jobs better in a shorter period of time.
Blended Learning
Our blended learning curriculum (instructor-led, web based, synchronous and asynchronous technology training) are specifically aimed at increasing work productivity.
With its training alliance partners, Learnsoft is able to offer solutions for the entire spectrum of learning platforms that include software applications and multimedia options that range from ERP systems to operating systems, databases and spreadsheets.
Learnsoft's LMS (Global Learning Manager) is a cornerstone for managing e-learning within organizations, and implemented in conjunction with an open architecture that supports any 3rd party vendor's SCORM and/or AICC compliant content. Additionally, Learnsoft develops custom JIT (Just-in-time) web based learning modules for its clients.
